Complete site redesign needed for popular entertainment site (Wordpress)

I would like a complete overhaul on my website: [login to view URL] It is done in Wordpress, and the design is stale and boring. I would like an **experienced** Wordpress designer to create a custom theme for the site. One that is very appealing to the senses. No premade themes! Must be designed from scratch, specifically for my site. I want the site to be unique. I would also like a seperate R-Rated section to be created, for example: [login to view URL] The layout would be similar, but it would host my rrated pictures (nudity) and display adult advertisements. The point is to seperate the SFW content from the NSFW content. On the SFW page there would be a link to the NSFW section. My Wordpress is custom made, and I would like the existing functionality transferred over to the new site design. I also have noticed that my site sometimes takes a while to load when some ad code is slow. I would want site to load first, regarldess of ad code being slow. Meaning site loads, and ads load afterwards. As it is now, if my ad codes are slow, the whole site is slow to load. Please only experienced coders need apply. I will not be accepting bids from anyone with a low rating or few jobs completed on RAC. ## Deliverables I would also like a new look for my image viewer pages, and video viewer pages. Image page: [login to view URL] For the video viewer pages I have custom made php pages, where I insert the code for the video depending on which video site it comes from (youtube, break, etc) I would like to have 1 single template that can be used for all video sites, and somehow this could be integrated into wordpress. So if I were to write a post about a youtube video I liked, I would be able to click something in wordpress, it will then ask me which video site I would like to embed, then it will ask for the code of video, and I would attach the screen cap. I can explain this in better detail over msn...it's tricky to convey into words, but you may understand what I mean. My point is, I would like to automate the video posting process more than it is now.
