Coding of Website

Hello We have produced a design for a website in Photoshop PSD format and need a home page template coding, plus the coding of 9 other pages. 2 Photoshop PSD files will be supplied with all the artwork ready for both the home page and an inside page design. Please contact us for a link to see the design mockups. Please note the following requirements before bidding: Completely div-based semantic markup with css-driven design skin. No tables or inline styles should be used within the main template, though tables may be used for tabular data in isolated instances. Images contained within consistent template elements should be css background images. Foreground images should be used only for unique instances within the page content and must always have alt tags. Each page should have an H1 title tag, followed by a logical H2, H3, H4, P, etc. hierarchy. The page should render in a logical order with basic formatting in plain text if the style sheet is removed. It is preferred that template-level links include title tags for SEO and accessibility purposes. Code should validate to WC3 guidelines for XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.0. Pages should render correctly (with slight variations allowable) in the following top browsers (according to the latest W3C survey): IE5.5 (Win only, IE Mac can be ignored), IE6, IE7, Firefox 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, Mozilla 1.1, Safari 2.0, Opera 8.0+. CSS hacks may be used for browser compatibility, though these should be kept to a minimum. Regular work on more projects can be offered to the right people. Any questions please ask. Regards evosystems ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
