Code .PSD To Wordpress <Must be 48 Hours or less turnaround>

I Need a coder to Code my .PSD to Wordpress. I have two requirements. 1) The coding is done right. 2) Project must be complete within 48 hours. Here are some details. The Wordpress theme must have two custom things, either you can make it on your own, or find a plugin that already exists that does it. 1) A featured content slider.
