Change template on my site

I am looking for some1 to add a new template to my website. I am going to purchase a template from template monster and then i will get the files sent to me. i am then looking for one of you guys install the template on top of this site www dot [login to view URL] this site is just a test site at the moment I alos have a back office which is www dot [login to view URL] username admin password admin this is just a test site I am looking at making the site into a hosting website. so i would need some php adding to the site. I need some forms adding for when people purchase the webhosting and other products. This doenst need to be a shopping cart just forms and i would also need a place for customers to add there credit card details i would need also this info to be stored in a database in the back office. so i could then porcess the order and credit card manaully. A auto email would have to be sent when a customer purchases a product. At the moment the site can just add pages links images and things like that I would also need a feature adding where i could add a customer to the system and it would send a email bill to the customer every month on the data that i have entered with the amount i have entered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
