Betting Bot

We are aware that many 'bots' exist to facilitate trading. We want to create a custom bot that will scrape data from one or 2 websites before auto-placing a wager with a third. The sites to scrape data from are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Certain criteria are set and once met the program should auto place a wager with a 3rd entity. We can provide password/login info to select bidders but are unaware of how to obtain the data required to execute these decisions other than by the method we use which is to put the sites on auto-refresh and note when changes to the prices (odds) are offered. Right now we are doing this manually. We want a programmer to code us a standalone program (ideally resting on our PC but we're open to alternative solutions) that will allow us to set criteria. A simple example: If [login to view URL] says that Team A is favored by 10 points and at halftime they are trailing by 5 points (all this info is available on the [login to view URL] site at no charge with no log in required) then go to [login to view URL] or another site and make a play on Team A for the 2nd half line or total. Customizability is likely to be key as the criteria that we use to sift thru this data before identifying an opportunity can change from time to time. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
