Some functions. 1 Escrow payment system. 2 Payment system to post projects. 3 Banner management through the site. 4 User rating. 5 Users can upload their profile pictures. and also upload photos during posting a project. 6 The language of the whole site should be easily be changed as in Oscommerce. 7 The system should be based on bidding system. The page load speed should be fast. ONLY CLEAN CODERS. No copy paste code. CSS will be heavily used for rollovers frames and so on. This is a brand-new site. We need full design done, with good amount of graphics. For site design you will be guided by us. The site should be easy to use, clean crisp and definitively not cheesy. NOTE: This site needs the same architecture of a regular auction site.
