Add suscription script and contact me script to site + simple admin panel

Hello, we have a basic website that needs 2 things implemented: 1. A "contact us" script 2. A "suscription" page where users will fill a form and data have to be recorded to a mysql database So we need a backend admin panel where the website owner can: A. Master admin can create and manage admin users B. Manage, update, add, edit or delete users to the system. And as frontend, we need suscribers to be able to login and check their profile, ad or edit their info. Thats it. Please bid. Thanks Regards Daniel
