we are currently integrating [login to view URL] to our payment page. When We test with the developer test account, it works well but when we replace it with our Merchant Login ID it generates the error below; "The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive" We have confirmed that the account is not inactive so we need a developer experienced enough to fix this for us TODAY. thanks
