Custom Print Layout on my Classipress - Wordpress Site

I own a classified website using the wordpress - classipress theme. What i need is for users to have the option to be able to print these ads on the website in a special format. please see my website at [login to view URL] check the posted ads on [login to view URL] and compare with the attached file on freelancer on how i want it to look for printer. I would like an icon on the bottom of the post that users can click and it will bring the custom layout for them to print. the QR code and Shortlinks should be easy to incorporate as they are seperate plugins that can be downloaded from the wordpress site. and to clarify the size of the print layout should be a standard piece of paper 8.5 X 11". i have multiple classipress based sites so I need this to be designed as a simple plugin that I can install on any classpiress site.
