Cross Compatibility Configuration

This is really a simple project. Go to www.expattexas.com. The slider has captions that slide out built in CSS3. Unfortunately, It is not compatible with IE8 and earlier versions. I need the captions to be cross compatible with browsers that do not support CSS3. I would prefer to have this done on Monday. For someone that knows what they are doing, this project shouldn't take more than an hour or 2. Thanks!
