Create Wordpress Business Directory Plugin (repost)

I need a wordpress "Business Directory" Plugin It would have a list of regions/counties : * Each region can have one or more businesses in it. * Each business will have contact details (name, phone, email etc) * Each business can either be a free or a premium listing * If a business is a premium listing it *also* generates its own page where it can have full details (description and list of services). All administered through the wordpress backend. Down the right hand column of the business directory there will be space for adverts. I need these to be configurable through the back end too. I've attached screenshots of the rough layout. The theme for this website is already in place and you'll have to work to its size and look.
