We need to copy theme from other website. There is no access to files on it so you will have HTML of pages and CSS and that should be transformed to our own theme. There will be some changes but not too much. Theme contains 2 css for desktop and mobile devices. Please make your bid for such a job. If it's possible please PM what kind of wordpress themes you already did and what's your hourly rates for any updates or other wordpress work. It's long term partnership.
