Classitheme customisation

we are building a new site in wordpress with classipress. it seems classipress has one form for loading a new classified ad, and whilst you can add custom fields and use the form builder, you cannot split the form into more than one page, our form will be quite long and we would like to be able to have more steps in the ad loading process to break it down for the user. also to move the image upload from the main ad loading form to its own page. i am not sure if any of this is possible, but, if you are able to do it then please apply, i will need details on how you will accomplish this and your experience with classipress! need it doing immediately, so immediate start for the right person. thanks Darren
