When one creates a user account in Windows XP Professional via the 'control userpasswords2' utilitly, the password will expire. In order for it not to expire, one needs to set it up to never expire via the 'Advanced' tab -> 'Advanced' button -> 'Users' -> select the user -> check 'password never expires'.
I need a way to do it via a batch file.
