configure server 2003 for web service

Assist in configuring Server 2003 and IIS for use with Web services.? We have a web services application that is in use a several customer sites.? At a new site we cannot get the? application operational, probably because there is some configuration not set right.? Neither the client nor our staff have the background knowledge to get this right, so I need a server guru to assist us in determining the cause of the problem. You will? be working in a GoToMeeting session that I establish, which will connect to their server.? I can be available from 7 AM to 7 PM CST for this project.? We want to shadow your work so that in the future we don't face this again.
