A Small Billing Software

Actually I want a software to print out a bill in the form of a small slip? as per the design attached. After the item has been added and bill has been printed, the software should have a record of the sale at the backend so that I can have a printout of the total sale either daily, monthly or yearly. I want the print to be taken out on a small dot matrix printer. After the bid is approved and the coder has undertood my requirement I will send the exact size of the slip. I want an installable software so that I can install the software on as many machines I want and whenever I want. All rights should be given to me. The coder must protect the file with him also so that in future if i want any changes in the software we should not have to work all over again. Please feel free to ask if any misconceptions before starting the work.
