A Simple Image Editing .Net App

A simple image editing Windows .NET application for developers who need to to quickly resize/crop an image, then have a wizard reduce it's file size by converting it to a quality 60 JPEG (but also offering the ability to save as .GIF/.BMP) or as a JPG with different qualities. Then they need to be able to FTP the file to their server. The app must be able to edit JPG, GIF, TIFF and PNG files. The app MUST be written in c# using Microsoft .NET 1.1 or 2.0. No interface design is required, the developer of this project will be required to develop multiple classes, seperated in .cs files. The developer will be given a user interface to add code to. All UI events will be placed in the code, ready to be filled in. I've built a similar app in the past using a different language. While the user interface in this app will be different, the functionality is to be the same as my old app. You can download it here: [Simple Image Editor Download][1] This is a trial version and contains restrictions that will not exist in the .net version. You will not have to build any watermarking or other restrictions in. Just the resizing/cropping, saving and FTP'ing - that's it :) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MUST be built with Microsoft .NET 1.1 or above.
