**Desktop HTML Creator** This application will produce html files and output them in banner sized formats of 10-15 different pre-set dimensions. The program will operate in four steps. Step 1 - Select banner size/dimension from a pre-set list. Step 2 - Open a basic HTML editor - exactly like the one I am using to enter this bid - that will allow a beginner level user to insert text and graphics into a template that is exactly the size of the preset. The program should not allow the user to exceed the size parameters of the preset. The editor itself should have all the commands and features of the one we are I am using to enter this bid in Rentacoder. Step - 3 - Preview the creation = as it will look in IE. Step - 4 - Save the file as .html .php .shtml to somewhere on your own hard drive. This is a very basic design creation for someone who knows what they are doing - and should be easy for the right person to create quickly. Other features: **Save As **Ability to open existing or previously created files into the editor. **BACK button** or some way to return to the editor after preview. Interface should be blue/silver and not basic programmer gray. Interface should be clean and neat and simple and will include a graphic that I will provide. Clear documentation as to how to use the system in written form in American English. Easy Installation from a .zip file for PC. Once I have selected the person to do the project, I will provide you with a Camtasia video of the exact details. Payment will be made in full upon satisfactory completion of the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should run on Windows XP, 2000, etc. and output should be compliant with Internet Explorer 3.0 and up as well as Netscape, Firefox, and Opera.
