Custom Website to Query Active Directory

I need a custom website that will run on IIS 7 (default, no addons/extra installs/etc). The website must do the following: 1. Query the members of a group (there should only be one member to this group) 2. Display the user information for that one user (name, phone number, email address, mobile number, etc). 3. Format it in a decently legible table. I plan to use this as a quick and dirty "who is on call" page. Should be quick and easy I would assume.
