Collect tweets from Twitter

The project involves a Windows based application (that I can schedule with Task Scheduler) that will use the twitter api to collect tweets for specific word or words and insert them into MySql server database. There is no user interface needed The application should read the keywords to search for from a MySQL table, where I can insert a row for every keyword that I want to search for The aplication should not crash when I use a apostroph or some other special character in the keyword For every keyword that is found it should save the tweet to the database including all available metadata (at least username, time/date) I intend to run the application every night. When duplicate tweets are found (that are already in the database), they should not skipped. Retweets should be logged though. The application needs to use o-Auth-authentication (so the number of requests used does not count against the IP but agains the account that is used)
