AutoCAD VB Program

We are looking for an AutoCAD VB program to be written which will automatically update an AutoCAD template drawing based upon reading a CSV (comma delimited) file. The CSV file to be read will consist of the following fields; PROJECT NAME, DRAWING TEMPLATE, CONTROLLER #, ICB #, PIN #, CABLE ID, SENSOR NAME, SENSOR ID This file will be sorted by Controller #, ICB # and PIN #, so that all all records for a Controller/ICB can be processed at once. Then when the Controller # and ICB # changes, a new drawing will be processed. When the first record of this file is read, the program will read from a disk folder the correct template drawing (see example with Ref #’s) which matches the field “DRAWING TEMPLATE??. This drawing will then be updated as follows; a. Add the Project Name to the drawing block (Ref #6) b. Add the current date to the drawing block (Ref #8) c. Add the Controller # to the drawing (Ref #1) d. Add the ICB # to the drawing (Ref #1) e. Located the Pin # on drawing and update a. Cable ID (Ref #7) b. Sensor Name (Ref #3) c. Using Sensor ID, drop the block for this Sensor ID (all sensors graphics located in blocks on a separate drawing) on the correct line (Ref #2) Now the next record will be read and processed until the end of file is reached as follows: a. Located the Pin # on drawing and update a. Cable ID (Ref #7) b. Sensor Name (Ref #3) c. Using Sensor ID, drop the block for this Sensor ID (all sensors graphics located in blocks on a separate drawing) on the correct line (Ref #2). If the block does not exist then the block called "MISSING" will be used for this pin. When all records have been read and processed for this BOARD, the new updated drawing will be “Saved As?? PROJECT NAME_CONTROLLER #_ICB #. The next record read should be a different board # which will start the process over with reading a new template drawing in, and processing as indicated above. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
