create theme

create a theme to look like the one attached. only need the top menu and woman. there is no psd. so you must recreate it . as for the picture of woman, im ok with any ready made woman clipart. theme must be compatible with magento and wordpress and phpbb. i assume phpbb just need to modify header. current themes installed that closely matches wordpress (Layers 1.1.1) phpbb (blackbox) magento (no theme yet. trying to install hm_modern but its not working. please assist)
