building crm system using code igniter

we want to build a custom crm system with feature as follow : - there are several types of contact; Lead, Customer, Partner, and Vendor - user role : Salesworker who can manage (view, update) several Lead/cust (not all), supportworker can manage several cust, manager can manage lot of lead/cust ( cust A can belong to sales worker BB and Manager C) - integrated with cerberus helpdesk system (by matching the email address), so if client send email, it will get a cerberus ticket ID/message ID, and it should be recorded in crm system - campaign management to store information cust A come from which campaign/channel - etc it must coded using code igniter and source code must be provided
