I need to create a server based program that will allow me to upload and update content, graphics, text which will then display on a reception area large screen TV. Realtime updates would be great. Being able to use a ppt. or keynote template would be ideal. 3/4 of the screen will be the content or slides that are selected to display in timed intervals and in a loop with possible animation and/or transitions between slides. The lower section of the screen would have a scrolling news bar with current local news or rss feeds. The remaining available space on the side of the screen would have local weather, the time, and most recent facebook posts from the office's account. I have found some free digital signage solutions, but I don't have time to set this up and configure the server, etc. I must be able to manage this myself and use the same solution with different content for multiple offices. I can be hosted locally with connection to the internet, or it can be run completely from the internet.
