Develop a crawler software to auto browse for contact details

I need someone to develop and design a internet crawler to browse for contact details. Obviously you are not a beginner home coder as this requires deep knowledge. For instance I'd want to tell the crawler to collect information and search for an example: yellowpages, indiamart (and other sites) looking for the information specified (for instance: business owner, marketing manager, phone numbers (to company and directly to person), email address (to company and directly to person), physical address etc.).
