Looking for someone to design a contest app for Facebook. The app should have the following features: 1. ask the user to Like the page to participate. 2. allow the user to upload a photo or quote as an entry to the contest. 3. collect name and email of user. 4. ask the user to share their contest entry with their friends and ask them to vote. 5. users should be able to come and view the entries and vote. 6. this app needs to be able to be setup and adjusted on multiple pages.
