Designing and developing an existing website

We are lookign for someone creative to design and develop our website. We provide web solutions and graphics to corporate and individual clients. We already have the colore scheme that we want to use and a basic idea of how the site should be but we need that extra creative touch to put everything together our website is under construction but u can see the color scheme that we are going for at [login to view URL] we are attaching a pic of the sort of layout we are going for but its not a final design and maybe you can come up with something better. The site will most likely be in wordpress. It will have home - about us - services - portfolio - quote - contact us page we are looking for someone who can offer us some ideas and creative ways to make the website. we are not looking for someone who just wants to program the website and just sit and wait for us to tell him what to do. someone initiative and can put some thoughts and pride in his or her work. We would prefer to work with someone who is available on skype and is easy to communicate with. north american preferred. Also please include your portfolio and show us ur creativity!
