Day nursery website design

Client is a nursery company who is still finishing the facility infrastructure and will begin operations after the summer vacations. While this is completed, we need ASAP a fast, simple and appealing website to have prospective customers fill a pre-enrolment form that will help us contact them back when the physical site is ready to receive parents and children to begin its normal operation. I will provide clearer specifications for page content, arrangement and database fields, but as a guideline there are about 5 or 6 static pages to be created and 1 form page that connects to MySQL. Appearance of the site must reflect the nursery ambience, the business logo (image and colors) and have a young yet elegant look. Preference will be given to the provider who can submit proof of having done similar line of work in the nursery industry. Site must be written in PHP and be SEO-friendly. A few animated images might be required. Content language is written in Portuguese and we must be able to slightly alter it according to our needs. Selected provider will hopefully be responsible for maintaining and growing the site with new features on a regular basis.
