Data Converting - PDF to Excel

Hi We have 65,000 companies with their data under 1 or sometimes 2 pages in a huge pdf document. I need the data of each customer to be converted so that the relevant data of each customer occupies a single line in Excel. Please see my Excel sheet attached as an example, also to get an idea of what we need done. I must know that the work can be done correctly, so the bidder must convert my sample data in PDF to the desired format in Excel, before the project can be awarded to the bidder. The file will be divided into 85 segments, giving an average of 750 customers per segment. The successful bidder must be able to provide a minimum of 3 segments a day. No need for weekends, but we must receive a minimum of 15 segments per week. Payments will be made weekly on receipt of completed Excel files (over six weeks). Please don't bid if you do not attach the sample data.
