Customization of Omnistar Tools Recruiter for Job Order Mgmt

[login to view URL] is slated to be a recruiter split commission network websites for Job Orders from fortune 500 companies such as Computer Associates and Canon; that the small independent recruitment firm or individual wouldn't normally have access to. Currently we are looking to use Omnistar Tools Recruiter - ([login to view URL]) as our backend management system for resumes, job orders, and applicant submissions. We would like someone familiar with Omnistar Software to perform customizations to the base system / script to include user access permissions, creation of an automated new job email alert system, and a new addon for placement / commission management / reporting. We are also looking to have the front end custom developed and designed for us to include interaction with the backend to display Jobs. A quick break down of what we are looking to achieve is as follows. "We post a new job to the system in the Omnistar Administrative Backend, the recruiters receive a job alert, where they can then go and view the details of the job, if they have an applicant they can submit the resume for the job order and their contact / information gets attached to the submitted application to maintain ownership of the applicant. If the applicant is desired to be interviewed, the recruiter who submitted the applicant will receive notification that a interview is desired and to contact their TSR sales rep for scheduling. Once the applicant is hired the placement information is taken via the Placement / Commission module and the recruiter of the hired applicant then receives notification that there applicant has been hired, where they can then login and view placement reports to include date, salary, start date, Company applicant was hired out, our percentage / dolor amount of the placement fee, and then the recruiters percentage of the placement fee."
