We need a website that walks a fine line between the traditional (stodgy) world of institutional capital markets and commercial real estate and the aesthetics of more interesting web destinations. In other words, please make us more interesting than we are! We like the simplicity and efficiency of a single page website -- we don't have or desire much written or visual content.
