Copy my existing site, but add a few extra features

I currently have a website - [login to view URL] that I have created using a company called Moonfruit. It is a basic website builder but Ive taken it as far as I can, and need someone with more knowledge than me to add a few extra features to get the site ready. As it stands people can visit the site and upload a text listing only - I want visitors to be able to create a listing with a couple of options, but most importantly with an image. I want a page for each town (within each county) and will initially be for the "Yorkshire" region of the UK, with the potential to extend it to the rest of the UK over time. I would like people to be a member before they can post an ad, then give them the chance to manage their ads and delete them etc once it has been posted I would like there to be a contact box for buyers to contact the seller to arrange the same of the item. But also if the seller is "logged in" there can be a live chat feature to chat with the seller in realtime (not sure if this is possible) Erm.. I think thats it, but I love the layout of my site right now (it needs a few tweaks, and have been playing with it over the last few weeks) so some pages may be inconsistent. If you need anymore info let me know I would like someone who can host the site too, and let me have full control (with ease), I also want someone who can offer me email support as and when I need it.
