Convert website to Wordpress - repost

Project includes converting our current site [login to view URL] from our current hosting provider to a Wordpress driven site. This includes: 1. On home page featured events rotation of images with an admin console to administer, set order, and set hyperlinks. 2. On homepage there should be a link dynamically created of the current message as it does on the bottom of the current site. Clicking on this link should load a media player. 3. Left navigation should be built to operate similar to how it does on the current site where hovering over an item displays the subnavigation. Notice when going to Children, Student, Adult links the page refreshes with separate navigation for those areas. 4. Page layouts should include the following: Layout with header image and right marquee: Example: [login to view URL] Layout with no header image and right marquee: Example: [login to view URL] Layout with no header image and no right marquee: [login to view URL] 5. Some pages on the site are password protected. We need that functionality for pages such as: [login to view URL] 6. Need media page to build such as this: [login to view URL] These are the audio messages loaded in and grouped by series. 7. Calendar of events isn't actively used but would be nice to have. 8. Forms are linked to our church mangement software forms so wouldn't be maintained in Wordpress. Would need to link to them as we do at: [login to view URL] 9. Invite a friend is a feature similar to sending a e-card. Need capability to build these e-vites and send them, track, etc. 10. Need the functionality of the podcast page located at: [login to view URL] The podcast is automatically driven by the audio messages uploaded in #6 above. In addition to the above the site should be formatted to function properly on all devices, operating systems, and browsers. Flash elements should be removed throughout and replaced with technology that will work on all platforms. Project includes building the theme, templates and whatever custom programming is required for the above items. We will be responsible for moving the pages and the media elements over to the new site. Please note that the request is for a conversion of our existing site to Wordpress and not a re-design of the site. All functionality of the site should be replicated and administrative tools developed to manage the site within Wordpress. Site must be updated on our development page so that we have access to work being done at all times. Site must be formatted to work on all browsers and also function on mobile devices. Home page should have the featured events rotation as it does on the current site.
