I am currently looking at starting a small e-currency project. I would be looking for a site with similar functionality to www.netpay.tv. NOT a clone but a site with a very similary functions. There would need to be the basic functions as listed on netpay's site but I would not require a forum. This hopefully will be a fairly straight forward job and as such I am budgeting around $300 for the initial site. This project will lead on to a regular paid work (around 10 Hours a week) administrating the system if I am happy with the programmers work. Serious Bidders Only
