CMS (Admin panel) for Website

The website (confidential) will need an admin panel. Followings are the details: Under admin panel: Briefly, I will able to manage all the content in the website. >>Home<<: Logo will be uploaded by admin Title (next to logo) will be changed by admin Tagline (below the title) will be changed by admin Screens will be uploaded by the admin. Screen's title will be edited by the admin. Description for screens will be edited by admin. The animation effect's time frame will be controlled by admin. 1-15s Facebook, twitter, appstore logo's will be in the website and under admin panel, these links will be managed by the admin. Home page text will be managed by admin. >>Screenshots<<: Screenshots will be uploaded by admin When screenshots is clicked, i would like them to be shown like this -- (the screen that pops-up and blackens the background and gives navigation to all screens) >>Updates<<: Updates text will be managed by admin. I want the text editor so i can easily create bulletins. >>FAQ<<: FAQ text will be managed by admin. (In admin panel, i would like to see the questions and answers and edit them right away. Once i click "add" i would like to have a field that tells me to type the question and the other tells me to type the answer) >>About<<: About text will be managed by admin. I want the text editor so i can easily create links and bold, underline effects. >>Contact<<: "Network with us" will be managed by admin. Admin can upload logos and give link to that logos as much as he wants. The size of the logo should be automatically adjusted by the system and it should be fitting in 60x60 in original aspect ration. So, the logo should not be stretched nor shrinked.
