Hello, We wish to create a web base application (ideally in HTML5) that allows people to create online training courses (similar to [login to view URL] - sign up for a free trial to see how it works). The application will allow users to create the courses by uploading videos, documents, presentations and images, and attach questions to them. This would be completed within a 'CMS' Users will then be able to track other users completion of the courses and reward them with points for completing these courses. The points must then be able to be redeemed at the online store attached to this application. Must be a function to upload content from mobile devices and the application must be able to be used on all mobile devices. It needs to have a beautiful interface and be easy to use. To be completed within 90 days. More information provided upon signing Non Disclosure Statement. Ongoing maintenance work required post completion on hourly basis.
