Basic web site, no flash, based on example provided

Looking to have a web site done for our company Affordable Craftsmen. Can see the existing simple 5 page site at [login to view URL] Would like new site formatted similarly to [login to view URL] We have another provider working on a new logo for us that we should have before this project is awarded. Do not want "dog man" similar to other sample site, would like different button format / action on left side, like colors, our new logo across top and/or in upper left as is on sample. Same button names as are on left side. Would like one of the "handy man service" page to have 10 or so trade names (i.e. plumbing), could be a link to send to a seperate dead-end page talks about "plumbing" in more detail or shows specials? Need a way for opt-in for newsletter and special offer notice, possibly as 2nd option on contact us page or seperate newsletter page listed on left menu. If so, still nice add box to check when contacting to add them to same list. Will also need added left menu item for "Agents" and "Home Buyers & Sellers" that will be available to describe our new program to work with agent and home seller/buyers during a real estate transaction. Toolbox page can go away, we'll move those selling points somewhere else. Buttons on left can be smaller type & closer together (new format to help them look seperate while closer) so added 1-2 buttons will show without scrolling down (minus 1, plus 2-3). Need LAMP based admin control panel that will allow us to post pictures, testimonials and input/change text. You can use the exact text as is on sample site and we will edit it all once complete. Please do remove "dog man" picture though and adjust layout to avoid big blank space and improve layout. Can put spot for team picture (1-2) where dog is on "about us" page. Maybe 1-2 pictures or move question boxes to where "dog man" used to be on home page? Wanting this site to SEO for keywords "atlanta, addordable, handyman, craftsmen, remodel, remodeling, contractor, construction", with possible secondary keywords "handymen, craftsman, cheap, maintenance, etc". Simple, easy to crawl format & coding. The sample site ranks very highly under these terms, so guessing you may want to investigate it and build it similarly so will rank similarly in google, yahoo and other SE's. Hosting is on GoDaddy's servers and they provide mysql database for opt-in to go to.
