Adsense website Generating $50 per day

As the subject suggests im looking for somebody to design and build me a website that makes between $40-$50 per day – more would be great obviously. Basic requirements, more will be discussed when project is awarded; - Content must be unique (we will check) - Content optimised for keyword density and saturation - Any niche market will do as long as it adheres to Google’s T&C’s - Clean and attractive design that relates to the content - Images provided that relate to content (pls do not steal images, we can buy if necessary) - Google Adsense revenue - ADS must be optimised for optimum click through rate - No black hat SEO techniques - Organic and unique traffic only. - I am having Adsense account, you can link it. We will obviously need to prove that the site makes the required profit each day before handing over any payment – this we can discuss further after project is awarded. $40 of First Payment (after this payment you have to start working) $60 of Second Payment (Before this payment i want to see earning of $40-$50 for 1 day in my adsense account) $100 of Third Payment (Before this payment i want to see earning of $1000-$1500 for the 1st month in my adsense account) Future business will 100% be guaranteed if site generates profit.
