Add jpg picture to phpbb forum and remove widget

I need somebody who can remove a widget which was installed on my phpbb forum and just add a jpg file into the phpbb template. I'm looking for somebody who can do this on another site first so I can see it live before implementing it on my page since I have had problems in the past with people crashing my board. I recognize this isn't a huge task so please don't try to bit $100 for a simple project. Thanks and look forward to working with you.
