Coder Needed for Adult Paysite

I'm in the business of Adult Content Production, specifically photo/video files. This content has been compressed for web delivery, so what I need now is a website designed to deliver it to paying customers. I have essentially been told that I need a PHP database with a website built around it -- As well as a CMS that will allow me to easily make instant (or schedule) content updates for paying members. I will need to display a "tour" for potential customers, as well as a "members area" for customers to view & download the content once they have [login to view URL], I am looking for a very CLEAN, very simple to understand design. I want potential customers to instantly see that -- should they decide to join -- they will be able to enjoy consistent content updates.
