data extraction from amazon / other sites and database build

we are looking for someone to build us a web app we need to be able to scan a bar code where it will pull data from a specified website and possibly amazon then put it into a list it will also need to download a image the list will then need to be saved into a database with a unique reference number generated by the system the scanned products also need to saved into a seperate database where only new barcodes are added, but barcodes that already exist pricing is updated we have a html layout that we would like the system to be built in, this is a good quality profession template with all files needed there is also a possibility of future work as there is additional projects to add to the system at a later date. this needs to be written in PHP please contact with any info you may need on top of this
