dll for obtaining rates from dhl

What I need is a dll for obtaining rates from DHL. It must be coded with Visual Basic 6.0 and using either MS XML component or the API used for communicating information from web pages. The site to get information from is [login to view URL] Must select all of the services to get rate quotes for the services. I need to know ahead of time which of the 2 will be used. The properties are as follows 1. original zip code 2. destination country 3. destination zip code 4. residential (true or false) 5. weight 6. length 7. width 8. height for number of shipments a month, always choose 20 leave everything else at defauly 9. shiperror (if there is an error anywhere along the way, this would be true, otherwise, it would be false) the 2 methods are 1. getrates 2. ratecollection for the ratecollection should be a list with these properties 1. rate charge 2. company (will always be DHL) 3. service type ## Deliverables 1. The completed dll and source code in Visual Basic. 2. Sample application to show how to use this. 3. Copyrights to work completed.
