Decode Gif

I need a program that will be able to decode a gif image from a HTTP response stream then write the gif to disk for display in the browser. The gif is a part of a long string that is returned from a FedEx server something like this 0,"021"1,bunch of other fields 188,"gif data encode here"99,"" You will need to have access to FedEx servers. I can point you in the right direction to get setup. Basically I want a .net version of their labelx program. No COM dependencies just pure .net. Any .dot language is ok. Pefer C# or vb.net ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
