Backup ftp app using xceed controls

We need an application that will run on the client computer or server and provide means for backup to a ftp site or disk. The application will also need to handle the restore. We will provide you with a copy and license for xceed components to build this application as most of the features are native to it. you can read about the components here <[login to view URL]> We nee full, differential, incremental backups under user option for encrypted or compressed also using the components from xceed. It will need a scheduler. We want to use the maximum these components offer with the least amount of work for you. this app will be in .net. Please study the link to xceed above for the backup library. they even offer a demo version if you want to download and see how easy it will be. I need a time and price from you, using xceed. I can provide the gui, button, and design as needed, you will not need to worry with this graphical part of the app. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
