Article Creator

im looking for a quick script or vb app that will: take a text file with values and load them into an array, then load x number of other files (sentences with a token in them) and pick a random sentence from each one (eg a random one from sentence 1 file, then random sentence 2 file, etc) and put them together in an article, making a complete article and replacing the token with the first keyword from the first file then output it in an html format, using a template I can provide, with links to a sitemap and 5 other articles on the bottom essentially a content generator, but I provide the sentences, and it just randomizes it and spits it out and it can replace the tokens in the template with the same keyword it used to replace the tokens in the article, then spit it out as a "[login to view URL] (dashes for spaces)
