Commercial Software Rewrite

We currently have a commercial application program written in Visual Foxpro 6.0. The program is used for vocational schools tracking of student information, attendance, grades and funding. We want to rewrite the program using Visual [login to view URL] as a front end and as a back end using M.S. SQL. We want to use Crystal software for generation of reports. Each school site will connect to the central database server via the internet. We currently have three different versions of the software that will need to be rewritten. The three programs are close with minor variations. We are located in the southwest and would like to work with someone located in the metro Phoenix area. A good working knowledge of Visual Foxpro 6.0 is needed for this conversion. Microsoft Certification and knowledge of Web Services is a plus. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Front end Visual [login to view URL] will need to be written to be compatible with Windows 98 and up through and including Windows XP. Will also need to be compatible with all versions of Internet Explorer 3.0 and up. We would like to run the SQL database on a Windows 2000 server but we are open to suggestions if there is a better way to do it. ## Deadline information As stated we only except bids from programmers located in the Phoenix metro area. I am sure more details will be need on project in order to set appropriate time frames.
