Develop a Mobile Content Management System and Sms Gateway

I would like to set up a Mobile Entertainment Service.. offering mobile video downloads. I need a mobile Content Delivery System/Platform and sms gateway to manage the service. The platform should enable: Uploading content Managing subscriptions Send sms Unique content session IDs to detect multiple download attempts Handset and device detection capabilities WAP Push Viewing incoming sms Billing will be direct operator MT billing via dedicated short code Also to include a widget that is linked to a keyword which can be put on a web or wap page. The widget will have a space for the user to input their mobile number then subscribe. -
