Hi I will be selling files that contain various data. When the user clicks the link to download the file, a stripe ([login to view URL] - credit card processor with a really really developer-friendly API) will pop-up, and after payment, user will be able to download it for the next 30 minutes. Also the download link will be sent to his/her e-mail. People who did not pay will not be able to download the file even if they know the link. PHP preferred. No need to use a database.
