Hi - we provide IT Maintenance and VoIP services to our customers and one of them has asked if we can somehow connect our hosted pbx to their database so that when the phone rings, it will show up on the PC screen who that customer is. Currently we do not have a huge amount of information on their database, but we will get that soon. The main thing at the moment is to find out if that is something that you would be able to build?
