Develop Windows Application/Interface using a Open Source Cleaning Program and Chat

**SEE ATTACHED PDF FOR WORK DESCRIPTION** GOAL: To compile a Program (.exe) that looks like the graphic examples contained in the pdf, the program contains 3 tabs: 1) Clean 2) Registry/Defragment 3) Chat Using open source programs or other sources: In the program you'd be able to clean hard disk space, registry/defragment, and they'd also be a chat box where customers could chat with me. I'd imagine the simplest way to do this is to use parts/portions of pre-existing open source cleaning programs. (such as Bleachbit Cleaner, Little Registry Cleaner, Spark Chat?, ) I'd like the program to have a load bar while cleaning and give a basic or some way of accessing a report of what it cleaned also have an activation code, and have basic copyright and ownership rights for [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I have provided graphic examples/screenshots of what I'd like it to look like for each below
